Rope Access Technician IRATA Level 1
- Must have valid IRATA Level 1 license
Rope Access Technician IRATA Level 2
- Must have valid IRATA Level 2 license
- Must have GCC Experience of minimum 2 years
- Must have knowledge in Rigging, Glass Cleaning, Silicon Fixing and External Façade inspection
Rope Access Supervisor IRATA Level 3
- Must have valid IRATA Level 3 license
- Must have GCC Experience of minimum 3 years
- Must enforce Health and Safety Rules on site at all times
- Must have deep knowledge in identifying Rigging points and Rigging of ropes
- Must be able to speak English and have good attitude towards both clients and team
- Having Light vehicle manual driving license is an added advantage
Water Tank & Duct Cleaner
- Must have GCC experience working as Water Tank or Duct Cleaner of minimum 2 years
- Candidates having experience and knowledge in Sump Pit Cleaning and Pipeline Disinfection are preferred
Housekeeping Staff
- Must have prior experience working in GCC countries with minimum experience of 2 years
- Must be able to speak English
Pest Control Technician
- Must have passed Dubai Municipality exam to work as a PCO
- Must have minimum experience of 2 years working in Dubai as a PCO
- Candidates having knowledge and experience in Anti-termite and fumigation are preferred
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
Cleaning Supervisor
- Must have prior experience of minimum 5 years working in Dubai
- Must be fluent in both English and Hindi
- Must have a valid UAE Driving License
- Must be able to handle both Sales and Operations of Cleaning Division
- Must have prior knowledge in the following types of cleaning services which include Contract Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Façade Cleaning, Carpet and Sofa shampooing services and Marble polishing
Light Vehicle Driver
- Must having valid UAE manual driving license
- Must have prior experience of minimum 2 years working in UAE
- Must have good knowledge in maintaining vehicle and aware of the RTA and police rules and regulations
